unfriendly guy full capacity

the location was acceptable for visiting westminster attractions.

The check-in guy wasn't especially friendly, and i got an accessible room even though i am not disabled. It seemed like the hotel was fibbing about being at full capacity, irritating.

Decent stay with some issues

The location was great. Two underground stations were close by. The proximity to attractions was convenient. Breakfast offered a wide array of choices. The croissants WERE warm. The breakfast manager seemed friendly and excellent.

The room was a bit disappointing. Furnishings felt basic, THOUGH the cooler only had small water bottles. We ordered cheese and biscuits but received cheese with shortbread. A 4:45 am delivery outside our room disrupted our sleep.

I really liked the room. It had cozy beds. the staff were helpful with directions. the hotel location allowed me access to various landmarks. i appreciated the smooth taxi service.

My king room offered a comfortable king size bed and nice linens. the room included a flat screen tv. the room had blackout curtains. They are amazing for a good night's sleep. complimentary toiletries were available in the bathroom.

Romantic Getaway

comfortable bed luxurious bedding smart toilet

The luxurious bedding made for the most comfortable bed. I particularly enjoyed the smart toilet with its heated seat. The location felt very intimate because it was just off a main road in a very quiet area, yet in the middle of many attractions.
